Bryce Linton, President

• A native of Portland, Oregon
• Undergraduate degree in finance
• Graduate degree in business
• Renovating homes since 2002, Bryce has repeatedly created truly unique and elegant residences in the Portland-metro area
• Personally supervises and manages each project from conception and design to completion
• CAPS designation: Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Joe McMillen, Production Manager

• Received his B.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara
• More than 16 years of construction experience, primarily in high-end residential and commercial remodeling
• Has managed and constructed in all phases of projects from foundation to finish
• Supervisor and general contractor since 1997
• ICC International Residential Code Structural Inspector/Plans Examiner and Mechanical Inspector
• Oregon Inspector Certification
• CAPS designation: Certified Aging in Place Specialist

The Yalecrest Renovation Team is also comprised of designers, material suppliers, and some of the most skilled craftspersons in the industry. Yalecrest has developed excellent, long-term relationships with these partners who have demonstrated their commitment to Yalecrest's shared philosophy of integrity, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to every detail.
