The Renovation Process
Initial meeting: Before beginning any project, Yalecrest Renovations focuses on learning about each individual client to ensure that the renovation project meets the client's desires, needs, and lifestyle.
Feasibility Study (for larger projects only): When a client selects Yalecrest Renovations for their home remodel project, the client will be provided with a contract to begin a feasibility study.
The feasibility study includes a delineated project scope, complete project budget, complete project schedule, as well as architectural and engineering drawings. During this preliminary study, Yalecrest Renovations will thoroughly analyze every possible facet of the project to make certain that the client's expressed needs are addressed architecturally and within budget.
Upon completion of the feasibility study, Yalecrest Renovations will present the client with the architectural drawings, building schedule, and budget for approval.
Project Preparation Phase: Once the architectural drawings and project budget are approved by the client, Yalecrest Renovations enters the project preparation phase. During this time, Yalecrest will seek necessary plan approvals from municipalities as well as coordinate schedules with sub-contractors and material suppliers.
Weekly Update Meetings During Construction Phase: Yalecrest Renovations knows that communication is key during all phases of the project. Weekly meetings facilitate open communication to discuss project progress and address issues immediately.
Project Completion: As a turn-key operation, Yalecrest Renovations leaves each client's home in a ready-to-occupy state. Yalecrest Renovations only considers a project finished when the client accepts the project as complete.
