Terms and Conditions:

• All labor performed will be billed at $75/hour with a $200 minimum
• 1st hour of labor is free if over 4 hrs. total labor is used - for first time clients only
• Materials will be billed at cost plus 25% (customer will receive receipts on all materials - our costs are transparent)
• Subcontractors (if needed) will be billed at cost plus 20% (at our contracted rate - customer will receive receipts on all work performed)
• Travel time to secure materials will be billed at standard hourly rate
• All work performed is guaranteed
